James Knight is a graduate student in late antique and medieval history at the University of Florida. His research focusses on the history and archaeology of the Huns and the late Roman world. His broader academic interests revolve around topics of Roman and Byzantine history and archaeology, Eastern Europe and Russia, Central Asia and the Eurasian Steppes, American history, and the world wars.
