I am a southeastern archaeologist in the Department of Anthropology. I earned my undergraduate degree in Anthropology at the University of South Florida, and just completed my masters' degree in Anthropology at UF. My focus is on the archaeology of Florida's gulf coast, with particular attention towards the effects of climate change, hurricanes, and sea level rise on coastal life in the past and present. My current work uses LiDAR and GIS software to develop models for understanding the effects of hurricanes on coastal archaeological sites.
