How to Write a Health Sciences/Medical Review Paper

Review papers are the health provider’s best friend: up-to-date information already culled for use. Next to the case study and clinical guidelines, they are likely to be the most common kind of paper a clinician will read. This workshop does double-duty by helping clinicians both understand how to read and how to write a review paper. State-of-the-art and systematic reviews will both be covered, along with the PRISMA guidelines and the newly-founded registry for systematic reviews, PROSPERO. This workshop assumes familiarity with searching the primary literature. Please bring notes or materials for a review paper should you have them.
