Erika Rothberg is a PhD student working primarily working in comics studies, gothic studies, and trauma studies. Her dissertation will focus on the use of color in superhero trauma narratives. She received her B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Southern California and her M.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University.
