I am a first year PhD student in the Linguistics department interested in phonology, morphology, and tone in African languages. I’m from Burnsville, Minnesota, and I graduated from the University of Missouri with a BA in Linguistics and a BA in Spanish and from Syracuse University with a MA in Linguistic Studies. In my spare time I love to play volleyball, watch baseball, and do escape rooms.
